Element Yoga (60 min)

5 Element Yoga balances our body emotionally and physically.

In Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga and one of the oldest medical systems still practiced today.

The five elements are:
Prithvi (earth)
Jal (water)
Agni (fire)
Vayu (air)
Akasha (ether or space).

The elements correlate with the senses and with particular body parts and functions.

Ashtanga Yoga (60 min)

“8 Limbs” comes from the Sanskrit term Ashtanga and refers to the eight limbs of yoga: 1. Yama (attitudes toward our environment) 2. Niyama (attitudes toward ourselves), 3. Asana (physical postures), 4. Pranayama (restraint or expansion of the breath) 5. Pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses) 6. Dharana (concentration), 7. Dhyana (meditation) 8. Samadhi (complete integration).

Karma Yoga (60 min)

Karma yoga - one based on the "yoga of action". It is a practice of "selfless action performed for the benefit of others". By doing your best, you will quickly learn new skills and become better at what you do. There is no loss in devoting yourself to a task. When we truly unite with our karma, we eliminate egoism, hatred and jealousy from our hearts and replace it with love, joy and compassion.

Jnana Yoga (60 min)

The fundamental goal of Jnana yoga is to become liberated from the illusionary world of maya (self-limiting thoughts and perceptions) and to achieve the union of the inner Self (Atman) with the oneness of all life (Brahman)

Bhakti yoga is yoga of devotion, to attain oneness with the Divine. It is yoga of Love and Devotion. Bhakti Yoga, the devotional approach of pure love and compassion, is the second of the Four Paths of Yoga, and it is where we begin to see all that is as the embodiment of Love. It is the path of channeling and transmuting our emotional nature into a higher purpose.

It is a form of yoga comprising subtle exercises that are simple to practice yet highly effective. It is suitable for all ages.

Shatkarmas (60 min)

Traditionally, there are 6 method yogis used for cleansing of internal organs for a healthy body is called as Shatkarma.

Therapeutic Yoga (60 min)

Therapeutic Yoga weaves together ancient yogic tools including, breath techniques (Pranayama), hand gestures (Mudra), vocal tones (Mantra), gentle movement (Asana), and different forms of meditation.

The practice of chair yoga is very adaptable to people of different needs. Whether you are immobile or have a physical injury or mental illness such as dementia or Alzheimer’s, this form of yoga is suitable for everyone.
